Unable to open the vault with my fingerprint, forgot the password

I was able to open the vault with my fingerprint, now is just asking for the password that I forgot, is there a way to reset the password or to re-enable the fingerprint in an iPhone 8

I would recommend you to contact Norton support regarding this as they might have a solution and if not they might escalate your case (in case if your biometric authentication was working previous but not now)

To reset the vault password from your mobile device, ensure that the Norton Password Manager app is installed and configured to open vault using biometric authentication.
