Norton Utilities Premium wich is $40 cleans less and less with each next update?

I remember when this Norton Utilities started it was showing large amount of files  erased ( tracking? temporary,  etc)/ Now They introduced Premium. I purchased. However over the years I see less and less files cleaned and optimized than it was before. Even with introduction of Premium it took a feature that we can see in what files in the computer what was cleaned. Now ir shows only number of files and even those numbers are less and less. What is the fishing and tracking from internet became less? Have some one explain? What is behind actually under those cleanings? What it cleans? Is it computer ? in says Internet. Means where? Is it the the box that (router)  we get from our IP? I am starting to have a fillings that it is showing some fake numbers.
