Migrate from bullguard subscription not recognised in norton

Hi for three to 4 th day now have been trying to troubleshoot re the migration from bullguard to norton, it just changed to gamers of which i do not do.  both my subscriptions which still have a year! are not showing up in my account on norton.  unable to download or sign in for new phone either I was connected to 4 devices...    can someone please help/advice,  there is no place  to find help thruout the site. Thank you!

Hello Jo1. Can you sign into your Norton account? You are saying that your Bullguard accounts aren't showing in your Norton account under subscriptions? And Norton for Gamers is there? That seems to be the present offering everyone with a Bullguard account is being given. We Guru's, at this point, do not have any information from Norton to tell Bullguard users exactly what Norton is doing and how to do that. Just making sure I am reading your post correctly. IF, you. Below the six boxes present click on "My topic is not listed here". A yellow radio button appear with the words " I still need help" embedded into it. Click that. Next, sign into your Norton account ( if possible ) and follow prompts. Once you are in chat you can say I need an agent to get out of chat and connect to a support person.
