Hi C Jones,

Please help me understand your issue . "Password Manager fails to build a password", by this you mean , when you are trying to change password for login.norton.com , password manager is not able to generate password for login.norton.com

or

Password manager doesn't not save/fill the login credentials for login.norton.com

Could you please share with us the exact URL shown in the address bar , for which you are facing the issue in either of the case ?
