How to fix Server error "We're working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request. Try again later. (-6)

HP computer (1) has Norton 360.  HP Windows 7 computer (2) had expired Norton Internet Security which I uninstalled with a Norton Uninstaller.  I sent a 360 installer to HP Windows 7 via email from My Norton on HP computer (1).  It installed but says my trial version has expired.  I click on Activate now and get the Server error We're working to resolve an issue.  I then used a Norton eraser tool to erase Norton 360.  I sent another email with 360 installer and installed it again with same results.
