password manager

new iMac, Ventura OS13.0   Have installed Norton360Lifelock on this new machine, but am unable to get Password Manager to open.  Click "set up" button and nothing happens.  (worked fine on my old iMac with old OS)  Any suggestions out there for me, please?7
