Hi, just wondering what has caused my accessibility services to be turned off overnight on my phone. I received an email asking me to turn on permissions again.

Please enable all the required permissions for the app to function seamlessly. Refer to this support document for assistance in this regard.

Also, additionally please ensure the Norton Family app is excluded from battery optimisations. Refer to this document for steps to be followed for Xiaomi device.
