Ability to change vpn location in same country due to daylight saving

VPN location defaults to Sydney Australia, however we live in Queensland Australia and it is not using Daylight Saving Time as is in use in Sydney. We are therefore unable to view Iive tv in Queensland time, it defaults to Daylight Saving Time of Sydney

The live TV would depend on what web site you are viewing. Not where the VPN server is located. You would have to connect to a web site located in Queensland.
