Clean keeps trashing the same 5 files that I want to keep

Clean keeps trashing the same 5 files that I want to keep, so every time I have to get them out of Trash and move them back to their home folders.  Is there any way to have Clean stop doing this? Running Norton Anti-virus 8.8.3 on a MacAir, Big Sur 11.7.2
