Password Manager very disappointing

I am having multiple problems with password manager on android (pixel 4a running android 13). It hardly ever offers to log in, even when I navigate to the website directly from the saved login in my vault. I'm close to demanding my money back. I have to copy and paste almost every tie. Version 8.1.0.2860.

i never use or rely on password managers from ANY source.. and that reason is validated from today's news.

Re: Password Manager very disappointing

Seems there was a Hacker Breach whereby Hackers breached Norton Password Manager Accounts - This is a grave concern. I set up dual authentication but I am seriously thinking about changing providers because I have had similar problems about accessing the Application. It constantly says an approval request has been sent to my Mobile and this only happens 3 or 4 times out of Ten and lately has been sending a message 'sorry, something went wrong' - The message says I have to log onto my Main account and re-set the Mobile link each time I try to log on.

This is very concerning.

You have to read the news carefully. It is the Norton Account credentials that were compromised using username/password combinations found on the dark web. These combinations would not have a third entry that would be the vault password.

See SendOfJive's post here that explains it very well.   https://community.norton.com/en/comment/8539489#comment-8539489

Good luck with that. There is no charge for the Norton Password Manager mobile apps or browser extensions for Windows. You can install and use NPM even if you never used a Norton security product.
