Fix that my Norton Utilities doesn't show on my Norton dashboard

My Norton dashboard opens, but doesn't show the Utilities product I purchased.  The Utilities product is on a separate icon. When I run a SmartScan, the solution is always to purchase another Utilities product (Premium for a further £29/year).  But it doesn't seem to offer anything extra than the original Utilities product.  So I have to close Norton, open the Utilities and get it to remove all the glitches that the SmartScan has shown.

My query ... (1) I don't see the benefit of paying extra for the "Ultimate" product - where can I find the details of what the £29/year product buy above the Utilities basic?.  (2) How do I get the Utilities product I've purchased onto my Norton dashboard?

My Norton Utilities Ultimate does show up in My Norton interface. Maybe because the Norton Utilities Premium product is no longer sold, Norton has decided to not integrate that version into 360???  (just my opinion/suggestion).

Hi Peter Web.  thank you very much for your response.  I've been with Norton for decades and I'll stick with them for computer security.  Originally, N.360 did not include purchase add-ons. I don't have the Ultimate or Premium Utilities.  I have the basic Utilities programme which seems to work and was installed perhaps as a freebie for supporting Norton many years ago, but never made it onto today's dashboard. So I'm trying to resist unnecessary subscription creep.  If I click into annual £30 Utilities Fantastic Whatever or look on Norton's website, I cannot see the benefits over the basic Utilities I already have.  If I have to, I can continue to push past the subscription tease and open Utilities and get it to scan.  But I'm annoyed that my Norton Utilities programme isn't on my N.dashboard 

Never mind, I guess.  Thank you taking an interest in my query

When you say you have the basic Utilities program, are you referring to Norton Utilities ver 16? If so, that product is EOL and was designed well before the new My Norton interface was introduced. So it would not be unusual for it to not be included in the new interface. 

And an additional FYI. If you are using NU 16, do not uninstall it because you will not be able to activate it again. As it is EOL, even the subscription servers for that version have been decommissioned.
