My Norton dashboard opens, but doesn't show the Utilities product I purchased. The Utilities product is on a separate icon. When I run a SmartScan, the solution is always to purchase another Utilities product (Premium for a further £29/year). But it doesn't seem to offer anything extra than the original Utilities product. So I have to close Norton, open the Utilities and get it to remove all the glitches that the SmartScan has shown.
My query ... (1) I don't see the benefit of paying extra for the "Ultimate" product - where can I find the details of what the £29/year product buy above the Utilities basic?. (2) How do I get the Utilities product I've purchased onto my Norton dashboard?
