Streaming my Subsonic music server doesn't work anymore

Hello.  I use Subsonic to stream my music collection so I can listen at work, in the car or wherever.  I installed Norton and after about 3 weeks I can't stream my Subsonic server.  If I'm at home on WIFI everything is ok, but when I'm not on WIFI it's seems blocked.  

So I uninstalled Norton and everything went back to normal.  I can stream away from my house and off of WIFI.  I reinstalled Norton and the streaming worked for about 3 weeks ... then nothing.  

Note that nothing has changed on my PC.

I currently have Norton uninstalled so I can stream my music.  I'm looking for thoughts on why Norton keeps blocking my Subsonic streaming.

maybe its becurse you has it sat to block in Norton you need to change it to allow proberly in you firewall Subsonic streaming it is sat to block thats is you problem but i dont now wher it is in Norton ore maybe wifi it somthing ther need to change to allow and all is working you can try install norton and disable firewall if that work then you problem is in the firewall you just need to look after the right point

Thank you for the feedback. I'm going to try to reinstall Norton this weekend. I'll do some playing some with it. The thing that is stumping me is that I was listening to my music at work on a Thursday night. I go to bed and wake up on Friday and it doesn't stream. I made no changes. I've installed another anti-virus app and I can stream fine. If I can't get Norton to work I'll change to another app.
