Cannot access Vault on Samsung S20 or tablet

I get a Server Error when I try to connect to the norton password vault on my samsung devices. I have uninstalled the norton software completely and re-installed it. Still cannot connect. Sometimes it just tells me my password is incorrect, it is not incorrect.
How do I fix this.
S20 is running Android 13. It worked just fine two days ago, no nothing.
