Password for Norton 360

I'm trying to change some of the settings in Norton 360 but it will not allow me to change any of the items because it keeps telling me I have entered an incorrect password.  I changed my password on my Norton Account and am able to log into my online account without any problem. Is there a seperate password for Norton 360, if so I don't remember it. Can anyone help me fix this please?

I still do not have a solution to this problem. I have uninstalled product twice and it still asks for a password that I never set up nor received.  Both my Norton 360 password and Vault password do not work.
