What exact Norton 360 subscription do you have?

How can I tell what version it is? I've tried scrolling down, but doesnt seem to be an option to scroll down

Do you have Norton 360 Deluxe or Premium or some other subscription? You can check in your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right, and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Look for your current 360 subscription and tell us what you have.

Any chance that your computer is using Windows in S Mode? If you have Windows in S Mode, you cannot install the regular Norton 360. You need to install Norton UWP app from the Windows store. If this is the product you have, it looks like it may not include the backup feature.

How do I know if the computer is using S mode? I had the nortons set up by harvey norman where I purchased the product from. On the front of the Norton 360 premium product it states I am meant to ahve the 100gb cloud storage. How am I able to access this?

No it is not using S mode. Under the specifications it states edition: Windows 11 home, version 22H2, so no not using S mode. How can I get access to the 100g cloud storage that came with my norton 360 premium? thanks

Looking back at your OP, are you thinking that the cloud storage is for general use for whatever you want to store? It is only for use by the Backup feature of 360.
