Cannot open vault. changed password and still won't let me in.Says user name is right.

Which password did you change? Your Norton Account password? That should not affect your Norton Password Manager, NPM, vault.

What username is right? That would not be a proper error message. What exact message do you see, and at what part of the sign in process are you seeing this?

What device and OS version are you using?
