Renewing my Subscriptions

Norton has no way to notify it that a new payment method has no money associated with it, but there will be money available for the new payment method on February 3, 2023.

No one would have that kind of information, and there is no way they should have access to that information. 

If you are referring to an automatic renewal of your subscription, if the payment does not go through on the first try, Norton will try again a few times, until they would determine that they need to contact you about the payment. That is part of the reason that Norton takes the payment up to 40 days in advance of subscription expiry so there is time to sort out any issues before you lose your protection.
