When I turn on Norton vpn on my android I can see my location on a map but when I turn on norton vpn on my pc there is no map to show me my location. Am I missing somthing ??

You are not missing anything. It seems that the only version that shows a map is for Android. iOS and Windows versions did not get this interface feature.
If you feel you need to see this information you can go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ That will show the IP address you are using with a map display.
