Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Ultimate Plus and AntiTrack

We Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Ultimate Plus and Norton™ Utilities Ultimate, yet continue to get emails about activating antitrack. Also, when we do smart scans, the solution for tracking sites is to activate antitrack. 

Question 1 - with all the services we currently have, why is antitracking still an issue? 

Question 2 - we had antitracking once before, and it continued to interfer with other programs. We are google based and there appears to be a conflict.

Do we need antitrack and if not why? How can the incensent emails and promotions for antitrack stop?
