norton utalities error Re-activate to repair. I cannot work this out. I have reactivated it but I still get the error message.

What version of Norton Utilities do you have? ie Premium or Ultimate?
Do you have a paid subscription to Norton Utilities? If you had the Premium version that was given free for having Automatic Renewal set up for your Norton 360 subcription, that bonus is no longer offered, and the Premium subscription will have expired.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have got the Premium version so your reply explains it all to me. It is a pity that Norton does explain that while I spent a couple of hours trying to sort it out. Again thank you.

The whole 'bonus' Utilities Premium seemed to be a big secret from the time they added the bonus until the time they removed it. No notice at either end of this offer.
