I am a veteran and I use the VA system for Video Appts and the video websites don't show urls. or addresses. They just are logged on and I can't seem to get them the through this app. How do I do that? The video app is Webex. Thanks

Hello. I hope this article may help you with the issue. Webex, IF it is indeed being blocked by Norton should be giving you a notification that that is happening. Has Norton does this thus far?

Open your Norton device security product.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.
In the Norton product main window, click Settings.
In the Settings window, click Firewall.
On the Program Control tab, select the program that you want to allow access to the Internet.
In the Access drop-down list for the program entry, click Allow.
Click Apply.
