NF Blocks Productivity Sites By Default....

I understand that I can whitelist or blacklist sites, on a per child basis, however this is not something that I really want to have to do.

Therefore it was rather inconvenient when NF blocked google drive and google docs, whilst my child was studying, and I was unavailable to support them....

I can't imagine why it's blocking those sites, used by many many schools (esp since pandemic), out of the box.

Hi @wcndave,

These websites falls under "File Sharing" category. There are some sites under file sharing which won't be appropriate for children and hence the category is blocked by default house rules.

I don't know why you've marked tools used by Google Classroom as inappropriate for children.

Doesn't really make sense.

Also, this is a recent change.

you can remove the "file sharing" category and it will work
