How to identify licenses with the same computer name

I have two licenses for Norton 360, but the computer names under those licenses are the same.  One computer has failed and is no longer being used, so I want to remove the license associated with that computer.  When I navigate to "Manage Licenses" on the web site, I see the two licenses, but because they have the same name, I am not sure which one I should remove.  How can I match my remaining computer with the correct license?
