SELECTING BACKUP ITEMS TO CLOUD

I want to sected folders and possibly items within folders to back up. I have got as far as creating my own backup set MYFILES but then I have a limited choice; see attached screenshot. How do get  to select individual folders and files within those folders?

Add or exclude files and folders in your backup sets
