norton screen care cannot enroll

I have norton 360 subscription for several years on auto renew.

In my norton account it says start your norton screen care plan. 

This protection plan provides reimbursement for repair of a cracked phone screen at no extra cost.

I downloaded the screen care app on iphone 12.

But the app keeps saying go to norton account and update info.

I update in norton account and login back into to screen care app, but it again says go to norton account and update info.

Sorry I missed your post. Have you been able to resolve your issue with registering for the screen care?

What country are you in? I believe that this service is not available in all markets.

I'm in the US. I contacted Norton Support and they instructed me to reinstall the Screen Care app and to try again, but it hasn't worked. When I called back, a Norton support representative instructed me to email a screenshot of the error message. I sent the email last week, but have not heard anything back yet.

Have you had a Norton 360 subscription with Automatic Renewal enabled for at least one year so an auto renew has been done?

Yes.

Also Norton™ Screen Care Subscription Renewal (1 Year Subscription) appears as an Active premium subscription on my Norton account.
