is there a way to make favorites bar always visible in norton homepage even in foreign sites?

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the Norton homepage extension. I use it as my default homepage and Norton safe search on Microsoft Edge, and I like the convenience of having the favorites bar on the top as in Edge but with better color. However, I noticed that the favorites bar disappears on any foreign sites I visit. Is there a way to make the favorites bar always visible in Norton homepage, regardless of the site I visit also? Also, additionally I would like to ask if there's a way to adjust its size. I tried to ask into some of the most advanced online AIs, but I didn’t get any solution.
