NO ANY RESPONSE FROM NORTON AFTER 4TIMES CONTACT FOR REFUND IN A MONTH

I HAD RAISED MY REUEST FOR REFUND WHICH IS CHARGED FOR AUTO RENEWAL, AND AFTER THREE TIMES LIVE CHAT THE NOTRON ASSISTANT PROMISE ME WILL HAVE THE MANAGER TO CALL BACK VIA PHONE OR EMAIL, HOWEVER IT HAVE BEEN A MONTH SINCE MY FIRST CONTACT AND STILL NO ANYONE CONTACT ME OR REPLY MY EMAIL AND NOW THE LIVE CHAT IS CLOSE, EMAIL IS A BLACK HOLE AND NOWAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT, IS THAT NORTON COMING TO BANKRUPT AND CLOSE DOWN SOON!!!?? TERRIBLE AND RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICES, I'M GOING TO CALL THE POLICE FOR BEING SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!

There is no one in the forums that can access user accounts and payment information. Norton has not used email for support for many years now.

Assuming you were in touch with genuine Norton Support, you should still be able to use the chat function.  www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

I'll escalate this thread so the forum moderators can forward your complaint.

I had contacted again, and still a kind polite but useless agent tell me that very sorry and already escalate (they said that every every time) and will have supervisor to contact me shortly (and also said that every time and no one contact me via neither phone nor email).

I strongly recommend not to use any more products from this company!

Same problem I am finding it very difficult to contact them. I brought a new computer with all norton installed now have been billed again for anti track & Utilities Ultimate $206.72 & $118.11 nz I cannot afford to pay twice and want a refund on my credit card. Thank you. Is there a phone number or email address you can use.

Norton Support is thru Chat or Phone.  Did you try New Zealand phone number?

I'm from Hong Kong and i cannot find the phone number nor email, and nothing helpful from livechat nor filling the email enquiry form in the website, seems like a blackhole and you could never reach them for refund anymore. Hope you find the NZ contact phone number and have this solve, for me i'm totally disappointed.

Curious, what happens from Hong Kong when you try Contact Norton Support - English/US

Yes, I did tried. For online refund, it prompted me that the order number format is not correct but the order number is from norton's system and its defiantly correct. And no live chat just giving useless promise. And email support have ZERO reply as well.

Seems its not a tollfree number, i'm not willing to bear more cost to fulfill this company, i had gave my contact in live chat, email, etc. It shld be them to give me the call isnt it?

Thanks again for your help, I appericate that, and another week is passing again, the '60 days refund guarantee' should passing too. And thats how Norton kept their 'gurantee'. What a mess company.
