There is no one in the forums that can access user accounts and payment information. Norton has not used email for support for many years now.
Assuming you were in touch with genuine Norton Support, you should still be able to use the chat function. www.norton.com/contactcs If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
I'll escalate this thread so the forum moderators can forward your complaint.

Same problem I am finding it very difficult to contact them. I brought a new computer with all norton installed now have been billed again for anti track & Utilities Ultimate $206.72 & $118.11 nz I cannot afford to pay twice and want a refund on my credit card. Thank you. Is there a phone number or email address you can use.

Norton Support is thru Chat or Phone. Did you try New Zealand phone number?

I'm from Hong Kong and i cannot find the phone number nor email, and nothing helpful from livechat nor filling the email enquiry form in the website, seems like a blackhole and you could never reach them for refund anymore.
