Internet Access Blocked by Norton

Greetings;

For some reason, Norton has blocked my access to the Internet.

I have no idea how or why--and Norton has no quick links or solutions easily accessible--and although I can use Microsoft Edge, I cannot use Google Chrome or DuckDuckGo. I cannot access the Internet the way I like it, and I am wondering what I can do about it, or whose desk to stand on when I jerk THEIR Internet out from under Them.
