Renew or buy new subscription from Ukraine

Hello, I have 5 month before my active subscription will end. One week ago I wanted to manually renew subsribtion but received "Export Restriction" page when I tried to buy. I've tried to contact chat support but when they read that I'm from Ukraine then informed me that they can't response for users from UA and immediately cancel chat session. I've tried to clarify it via email (Export_Screening_Concern@nortonlifelock.com) - after I send email, I've received request with my actual living address and again stopped conversation when I sent this information.
Too strange situation. I reviewed sanctions documents and found that only 2 regions in Ukraine are on sanctions now (Crimea and Donetsk with Lugansk areas) but not capital of UA (Kyiv) or any other cities. It seems Norton decided to block all users from UA without any clarification. The concern that after 8 Years of buying Norton Internet Security (Norton 360 Deluxe) subsribtion I can't receive response with details of why I receive export restrictions...
