Smart Scan

Hi.

Used the NRnR Tool's auto function, on two computers - after reinstall, on both devices, the Smart Scan function disappeared.

Live Update did not fix the issue.

How do I get the Smart Scan function to work again - any clue?

Hello, an initial system reboot may correct this issue, If not and if you are NOT already on version 22.23.4.6 run live updates again, and get ALL available patches. There MAY be several depending on what version you are currently at. Reboot as each individual patch installs whether prompted to do so or not. Recheck when you are done for Smart Scan reappearing.

there may be a few restarts need to get all the updates, seems after a few it tells you to restart

after you do the updates and restarts and it shows you all up todate ( no updates needed) i would run the auto fix tool

in classic mode click help at top right , on the left side says get support ( think may be wording) it will run the auto fix after that runs it will give a results page, been my experience that it finds a installation issue and perhaps another

restart and run live update again to double check all updated
