I don't get a warning message when I open a link if the site could be dangerous on my iPhone in Safari. But on my MacBook I get the notification from the Safari extension
The iOS version of Safe Web only warns if there is a dangerous/malicious web page you are trying to access. Mobile apps are more restricted by memory usage than Mac's and PC's, so you would not always get the same user experience on both.
