Why didn't my question about a Norton telephone number get posted?

I recently posted on the Norton Community that a Norton "844" telephone number, that in addition to being listed on several Norton sites, is listed by Nomorobo as a robocall. Norton should contact Nomorobo and have this search result taken down if this a legitimate number. It is obviously confusing to the consumer. I am looking to purchase Norton Privacy Monitor Assistant, but will only call this number if I am sure it is safe.

Maybe, "844" number is legit toll free Norton telephone number and spoofed telephone number.  

fwiw ~ Norton Support told me some time back that "844" telephone number is legit NortonLifeLock Member Services and Support telephone number.  

fwiw ~ I called 844-488-4540 telephone number some time back. 

I waited for Sales/Support 10 minutes...then hung up. 

fwiw ~ I find 844-488-4540 listed on Norton pages.
