Child "No Device" on Parental Control App

My Samsung Galaxy S21 phone is intermittently showing my child's device (probably 80% it shows the device is not showing up so i can't control it). it shows "No Devices" With another device (iphone11 pro, Samsung S9+, macbook, laptop), the child's device always show up. Please help. Alex's device is a Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H. Thanks.
