Why am I getting a message in my Norton Message Center telling me to activate my ransomware?

Yesterday I received a message in my Norton Message Center telling me that my ransomware is not activated and gave me a button/link to activate it. I went into my account and my Norton 360 with LifeLock™ Select is active. I saw no references to ransomware in my subscriptions. Is this a legitimate message? It is getting to the point where I don't trust any messages I get, even from my Norton Message Center.

Since you do not use Norton Cloud Backup. I imagine the "ransomware" message was just a prompt to enable/use Norton Cloud Backup.
No.
