Hello, my case number 77714494,  Liar company that won't refund customers,I applied for a refund from May to August, and the customer service kept telling me to hand it over to a high-level specialist, but there was no reply, and the money was not refunded,I will never buy all norton products again, beware of scammers

Are you saying you have been requesting a refund since May for a subscription you paid within 60 days of your first contact in May?

Or are you looking for a refund for an existing subscription that you wanted to cancel for the balance of the subscription period of May to August? If this is the case there is no refund available after the first 60 days after payment of the subscription. 

How did you originally request the refund? Chat or phone?

I have requested refund since Norton 360 charged me from May 2023. I have written a request for refund from Norton 360 chat room. Why Norton 360 company taking almost 3 months to reply the refund?
