after installing a new copy of Norton 360 how long do you continue to get renewal emails

Original post from July 18 closed. I had asked "after installing a new copy of Norton 360 how long do you get renewal emails" One of the answers was "about 30 days". I am still getting messages (August 20th) from Norton that my product has expired. I installed the new version of Norton 360 and have been using it since June 19th.

Any way to stop these Norton emails?

Thanks

Ron

The 'about 30 days' would start from the original expiry date of the older subscription. If you activated your new subscription with a day or two left, you are still within the 30 days. And 'about' could be 30 - 40 days. There is no official public information on this.

I don't believe I follow the math on this one. As I said, the previous Norton 360 subscription expired June 19th and I installed the new subscription the same day. So, August 19th does not fall within the "about 30days or the "30-40 days" windows. I guess there is no answer to this question. I made the first post in July because a month had already passed at that time. I will just continue to delete the emails from Norton asking to renew.

Thank you

Sorry. I guess I focused on July 18 when you made your original post instead of your expiry in June.   They both start with 'J'.

Time to contact Norton Support to see if they can explain what is happening.    www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
