Regardless of the possible validity of the warning, do not tap on Change Now. Log into your Norton Password Manager in your browser's extension. Then on the left side, click on Settings and change your password from there.

These checks have been recently added to Norton Password Manager mobile app (in v8.4). Upcoming Norton Password Manager browser extension release will include these checks for PC/Mac.
