Thank you Norton Driver Updater Compensation

I have been battling Norton for a month to get some compensation for the Driver Updater programme that bricked my PC. I am still furious about it but the damage has been done and time to move on. They refunded the Norton Help Desk programme which I had to buy to try and save my system (I couldn't and even their experts said the only thing I could do was to reinstall Windows and lose all my programmes, apps and configurations) and I asked for more but they gave me 12 months free subscription to Norton 360 Deluxe Plus. 

They said their engineers are well aware of the problems this programme is causing and they're looking at withdrawing it from sale until the problems are fixed. That's a no brainer, it should already have been removed.
