~ unlocking Norton Password Manager cloud vault requires Norton account Sign In and vault password.

I have a similar issue. When I log in to change the vault password, I don’t have an option to reset it.

Change vault password for Norton Password Manager
Applicable For: Windows
You can change the Norton Password Manager vault password only through the browser extension. You need to be logged into vault in order to change password. If you forget your vault password, you can Reset vault password of Norton Password Manager from your mobile device

Norton Password Manager lets you reset your vault password from your mobile device only. You cannot reset your vault password from your Windows device. Delete your Norton Password Manager vault
Applicable For: Windows
You can delete your vault from the Norton Password Manager browser extension. When you delete a vault, all of the Password Manager data that are stored in the vault is permanently removed. If you think that you may use your vault data at a later time, do not delete your vault.

That information is only valid for a forgotten password. If you still have access to your vault you can change it. 

From the new vault interface, click on Settings in the left pane, then click on the link to change the vault password in the right pane.
