Password Manager Disabled on laptop Works on Android Phone

I have used Password Mgr for several years on both laptop & phone.  Recently started using a new phone.  Don't know if this caused the problem or not.   My laptop (with Chrome as a browser) is disabled and new phone works fine.  Laptop indicates I need to reinstall PM but it appears it will reinstall empty.

All my passwords are stored in PM and I am terrified that doing anything like a new install will make me lose them so please can you help me get PM back on laptop without messing up those now showing up on my phone only.

Thanks

Do you have Norton Password Manager extension installed/enabled on Chrome?
"reinstall empty"? meaning with Unlock vault...there are no credentials?
Um, any chance you Sign In with another/different Norton account?
"reinstall empty"?...do you see Norton Password Manager button?
Do you need to Pin Norton Password Manager button.

R U able to see your credentials on Norton Password Manager website => Sign In at the Norton Password Manager website [here] (upper right on page) to your Norton account + enter your vault password...see your Norton Password Manager vault credentials?

Re: Password Manager Disabled on laptop Works on Android Phone

Norton Password Manager stores your passwords to the cloud.

When you open it on another pc, you will get the same results.

I installed P W M from Chrome to Edge with no problems.

Re: Password Manager Disabled on laptop Works on Android Phone

Your Passwords that are on your mobile cannot disappear, they are stored in the cloud.
I recommend to remove the NPWM extension from your Browser, then re-install

When you sign in make sure you are signing in with the right Norton Account
First comes the Norton account then its Password
Then comes the Vault Password

Hope this helps!

P.S. Myself I use NPWM and I know for sure that if I don't forget my Norton Account Password and my Vault Password, my data will never be lost. There is also a new feature that allows you to write down a recovery password, so that you will never lose your vault, the option should be in your Mobile App or on the browser extension.
