I’d like to cancel my subscription and work out a refund immediately as I didn’t want the account renewal.

I want to cancel my subscription that was charged on the 28th of October 2023, and request a refund. Why is this so hard to achieve?

What have you tried to achieve a refund? 

Maybe, Norton renewal notification email went to your spam folder. 


May be best to turn off automatic renewal service and remove payment details.

I had the same issue trying to obtain a refund (Australia). The website and online chat was useless and kept looping me back to the same contact page. I ended up going to facebook and searching Norton and sending a message. They also gave me this number in Australia 1800680026. After an hour on the Facebook chat i finally was told I had a refund coming!  I have reported Norton to ACCC as this inability to process a refund and being billed 1 month prior to renewal is not on.  I was also given this link https://www.norton.com/chat which surprisingly just goes to the page that cost me 2 hours of my life!  Good Luck!
