Norton 360 keeps saying my password is incorrect

I am trying to ad a phone to my list of 5 devices (4 are not used).  on the phone I keep being told the password I am using is incorrect, yet it is the same one I use to sign in on my PC (Windows 10). After so many attempts it says I will receive a link by email  to reset the password, it never arrives. I have been trying for a couple of days now, please help.

What device and Android or iOS version (I cannot tell from the forum labels you chose) are you using?

During the installation process are you tapping on Sign In, or I already have a subscription when trying to activate your 360? Be sure you are using the same email address and password you used when you set up your Norton Account.

Check your spam folder for the password reset email.
