Problem with Purging Files - 'No files have been backed up for this computer' message

Hi Everyone,

I've searched this forum for a solution to my problem, alas it appears to be somewhat original.

Last week, I began a large backup.  Unfortunately, my internet connection crashed during a power outage when 14.73 GB out of 20 GB had been successfully backed up.

I decided to try backing up again.  However, I needed to purge the existing files.  When I try this, I get the message: "No files have been backed up for this computer."  And yet, there sits the 14+GB in the backup area.

Any solutions to this would be very much appreciated...

Just had to note that I ended up calling Norton's tech support and we fixed the problem.  Thank you!
