Norton Online Backup Not Backing Up

Within the past few days, I've noticed the program doesn't backup at all. I've had it set to do automatic backups for quite awhile. The last successful backup was on March 18. I tried setting it to do "manual" backups, but had no luck. On my home screen (after logging in), the "back up now" button is grayed-out. I share the account with two other people. Between the three of us, 21.97 GB of 75 GB have been used. I seem to recall this happening before, but can't think of what I would've done to fix it. I'm using Mozilla Firefox 11.0 on Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2 32-bit. What might be wrong and how do I fix it?

Uninstalling and reinstalling Norton Online Backup fixed the problem. I do feel silly, though, because even though I figured doing those things would fix the problem, I chose to chat with support.

Does Not help. This is another in a string of completely worthless products by Norton. Tried to choose other files for backup on server- have zero interest in user's folder and is shows the file chosen and then backups up a big ZERO.

Why put out a product that does not work? Choosing to backup music and favorites has no use for a server. There are much better products than this- hey they might actually work.

I am not a casual user having been a MCSE and Solutions Provider for more than 10 years. Have no time to waste sorting out Norton's problems.

Put on CrashPlan Pro and runs immediately and no problems. Don't waste time with Norton, they are now a pimp for Microsoft.
