Unable to run backup

I am running a Dell D620 with WinXP.

I just installed a larger HD and everything is fine, except, Backup will no longer run.

I get a message which says "there is a backup problem. Make sure the destination

drive or device is connected and try again.

Any suggestions?

are you uesing NIS norton 360 or any of the norton beta can you plz go too about and tell ues your verson #

so we can get this fourm move too the right place
