NOBU does not appear as a backup location in N360...

I have signed into my Norton Account & NOBU, but online backup does not appear as an available backup location in N360.

Also, several of my Norton online storage space purchases in NOBU show as 'expired' & are greyed out, but I do not remember being asked to renew these subscriptions. Have I lost access to these backups permanently?

Please contact Norton Customer Support for assistance with billing questions, as well as assistance with the ability to initiate a backup online through the N360 software.
