Altough the product description says that older versions of files are kept for 90 days, I can't immediately see where they are or how to retrieve them
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello Lesking,
To access your files to restore or restore older dates, please login to your account online. Next click on File Actions and choose to Restore Files. In the next window please click on Show Options on the right hand side of the screen. From the expanded options you will find the list of previous backup dates to choose from. After choosing a date and letting the page load then you can choose the option to Select Files to Restore and be specific with the file that you wish to restore.
