I purchased an additional 10 GB of online storage in April of this year. I keep getting the message to perform a backup. When I try to do that it tells me to log onto my account and activate my online backup. On the Norton desktop it tells me online backup not active. When I go to my account it shows I purchased memory in April of this year. It also shows I have 41 GB total space and am only using 60% of it. Everywhere I am looking on my account it shows I have purchased the memory and it is active however I cannot perform my backup, it keeps telling me to activate. Since I purchased this from the Norton online store there is no product key on the invoice I printed out. I printed an invoice and it shows paid in full and active until April 2014. I dont know what to do to correct this.
