online backup keeps saying activate

I purchased an additional 10 GB of online storage in April of this year. I keep getting the message to perform a backup. When I try to do that it tells me to log onto my account and activate my online backup. On the Norton desktop it tells me online backup not active. When I go to my account it shows I purchased memory in April of this year. It also shows I have 41 GB total space and am only using 60% of it. Everywhere I am looking on my account it shows I have purchased the memory and it is active however I cannot perform my backup, it keeps telling me to activate. Since I purchased this from the Norton online store there is no product key on the invoice I printed out. I printed an invoice and it shows paid in full and active until April 2014. I dont know what to do to correct this.

Hello rbauman2012,

I had the forum admins provide me with your email address so I could check into your details. Based on the info at hand you have Norton 30 and have the extended space. Your backup history shows you've been able to run backups successfully prior with about 34GB used.

Did you recently install Norton 360 on a new machine, update or have another issue that's requested in the activation request? I want to understand how you got into the current state before advising you further. Especially since there is existing backup history.
