Your subscription expired 115 days ago

I purchased a renewal, and Norton Account says NOB is valid until next year.  Backups continue, but I get a popup often telling me that the product is expired.

How do I get rid of the "Expired" popup?

That should have gone away a while ago. Can you send me a private message containing the email address associated to your account along with a link to the thread for reference? I'll see if I can get the message to force expire.
