won't complete backup

I get backup message saying never backed up but online storage is 80% used. Backup won't complete. Over 12 hours copying 39% then nothing. I

Hello gbusymom

The backups are partially completing which is why there's space used. Do the error logs show no details at all or are getting truncated mid backup?
